Section 2: Quotations & No Hidden Costs Guarantee

Transparent Pricing: Following an initial site visit, you will receive a comprehensive, itemised quotation.

Fixed Scope: The price agreed for the approved scope of works is the price you pay.

Variations: Any additional work requested during the build will be priced, documented, and agreed upon in writing before the work begins. We do not add unexpected costs at handover.
Section 3: Planning, Drawings & Pre-Construction

Client Responsibilities: Clients must have approved architectural drawings and local planning permissions in place before site commencement.

Guidance: If you need assistance navigating local council requirements across Cardiff or the Vale of Glamorgan, we provide trusted partner recommendations to finalise your approvals.
Section 4: Our Standards On Site & Communication

Daily Check-Ins: You receive direct communication throughout the build, including daily site updates and dedicated WhatsApp project messaging.

Site Cleanliness: We treat your home with care. Work areas are secured and tidied at the end of each working day.

Care Over Speed: We do not cut corners or rush finishes to hit arbitrary deadlines. A high-quality finish requires care and attention that we deliver on every project.
Section 5: Insurance, Snagging & Handover

Insurance Coverage: Vale Renovations carries full Public Liability Insurance for complete peace of mind.

Final Handover: Before final sign-off, we conduct a rigorous snagging review with you to ensure every detail meets our and your high standards.
